DEREK FINNIGAN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Derek began his career as a Cabinet Maker in the UK before moving to New Zealand in 1983. After retraining as a Quantity Surveyor, he joined Cemac in Auckland in 1987 and became a Director in 1992. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the business.
As Managing Director, Derek is deeply involved in all aspects of Cemac’s operations. He is known for his focus on fair outcomes, clear communication, and long-term client relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys photography and travel.

CHARLES FINNIGAN
GENERAL MANAGER
With a lifelong connection to construction and interiors, Charles developed a strong understanding of how to deliver quality outcomes through careful planning, teamwork, and attention to detail. With hands-on experience across Australia and New Zealand, he leads a team dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for complex infrastructure projects.
He focuses on building strong client relationships and fostering open, solution-oriented communication at every stage. Outside of work, Charles enjoys exploring New Zealand’s coastlines and trails with his young family.

STEVEN O'DONOVAN
PROJECT MANAGER
Steven manages Cemac’s data centre projects through the construction phase, drawing on extensive international experience from large-scale projects in Ireland, Germany, and New Zealand. Originally from Ireland, he holds a degree in Construction Management and has a strong background in site operations and commercial fit-outs.
Steven enjoys the fast-paced, detail-driven nature of data centre builds and takes pride in seeing complex projects come together on site. Outside of work, he’s often outdoors—surfing, hiking, or running.

SEVGI IKINCI
FINANCE OFFICE MANAGER
Sevgi wears multiple hats at Cemac, primarily managing accounts receivable and financial reporting, while also playing key roles in HR, Health & Safety, and general office management. Known as the team’s go-to problem solver, she enjoys supporting both operational needs and strategic decisions.
She’s currently nearing completion of her CPA qualification, further strengthening her contribution to the business. Beyond work, Sevgi is a published poet and writer, with several poems featured in New Zealand collections and a book of short stories in progress.

ADRIENN BALAZS
MARKETING MANAGER
Adrienn joined Cemac in 2025 as the Marketing Manager – she’s responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that elevate our online presence. She leads all digital communications, from social media and web content to visual branding and design assets. Working closely with the leadership team, she ensures the Cemac brand remains consistent, visible, and aligned with company values.
Originally from France and Hungary, she moved to New Zealand to embrace the lifestyle and landscapes. Outside of work, you’ll find her horse riding or diving into a good fantasy novel.

MANJEETA SINGH
ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
Manjeeta joined Cemac in 2018 shortly after relocating from Fiji, making this her first role in New Zealand. As Accounts Administrator, she manages a wide range of financial responsibilities that keep the business running. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of the South Pacific and is currently working toward her CPA qualification.
Manjeeta values the collaborative and supportive team environment at Cemac. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, discovering new places, and staying connected to her Fijian heritage.

NICK SAMUELS
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
As Warehouse Manager, Nick brings over 20 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations. He oversees daily workflows, ensures inventory accuracy, upholds safety standards, and leads a dedicated team to deliver efficient distribution. Nick has been with the company for nine years and values strong, transparent relationships. His practical, focused approach is central to keeping operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys family life with his partner, their three children and a lively household that includes five cats, a rabbit, and a dog named. He has a passion for sports, art, food, and never starts the day without a strong coffee (or two).

TOM IKINCI
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Tom came to New Zealand in 2019 for a backpacking adventure and ended up making it his home. He joined Cemac during his extended stay in the country and has been part of the warehouse team ever since.
Tom enjoys the fast-moving and problem-solving nature of his role as it sharpens his ability to find smart solutions in everyday life. He also appreciates the friendly, collaborative environment at Cemac. In his spare time, he’s often out exploring the outdoors or planning his next hiking trip.

DAN GREENSIDES
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Dan joined the Cemac warehouse team in 2024 after transitioning from a career in hospitality, where he worked as a venue manager in both the UK and New Zealand. Originally from Yorkshire, he now works alongside Tom and Nick to ensure orders are accurately picked and dispatched on time.
Outside of work, Dan plays football for Ellerslie AFC and enjoys hiking and mountain biking across New Zealand’s scenic landscapes.
